A MESSAGE TO MY FATHER
I don't seem to tell you enough how lucky and thankful you made me. I may not have always said ‘I love you’. I must in one way or the other disrespected or brought shame to you.
Yet, you have shown me nothing less of your love, care and blessings. Most times I am awed to be blessed with such an amazing father.
He's willing to sacrifice for me. He's willing to toil all year around just for my needs and when it becomes so hard to carry on, he always has the right words of encouragement to boost my disheartened soul.
He knows when I'm sad even when I try so hard to hide them; he would call me ‘Adannaya’ and ask what the problem is and whenever he refers to me as such, I can't resist the smile which he puts on his face because I always get contagioned by his perfect smiles.
He is my friend even though our ideas don't trail most times. We would disagree to agree eventually.
He is my number one counselor. What would have become of me if not for his midnight talks and advice. He knows how to and what to say Inorder to clarify my confusion.
He's a hero who possesses this great bravery and carries out extraordinary actions. I would always rub my shoulders up high just because he was right behind me.
He's my father and most importantly; he is my dad, who loves and cares for me so dearly. I LOVE YOU DAD. HAPPY FATHER'S DAY.
